Antique Voltamp Battery No.4 "Samaritan" by The Gibson Co. Inc. Washington D.C. Quack Medical Device used in the late 1800s and early 1900s. This Particular Voltamp Battery looks exactly like the one in Montgomery Wards 1905 Catalog. It has a Patent date of 1899. I'm not sure if it is complete, but seems to be. Original cloth covered wires are dilapidated but will include them so they can be matched. Wooden Case and latches are in great shape as is the coil, pads, handles, Battery cylinder and instruction label. A definite conversation piece and displays great.
